Rapid Implementation of LogiSense Billing Meets Growing Demand for Webex by Cisco Services

LogiSense, a global leader in subscription and usage-based billing solutions, today announced a strategic partnership with Cisco to deploy LogiSense Billing. This partnership will enable Cisco to quickly deliver new personalized product offerings that cater to customer demands.

Cisco, a renowned developer and manufacturer of telecom equipment, networking hardware, and other high-tech products and services, has expanded its cloud strategy and collaboration portfolio with the acquisition of BroadSoft, incorporating the industry's leading cloud calling and contact center solutions.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, companies worldwide shifted their operations online in 2020, resulting in a massive surge in usage and global traffic trends including for Cisco's video conferencing platform. As a market leader, Cisco recognized the need to ensure seamless connectivity for customers working remotely with their teams.

We are delighted to partner with Cisco in addressing their subscription and usage-based billing needs. As business models evolve and competitive pressure mounts, a billing solution capable of handling recurring and usage-based monetization models, while accommodating an increasing volume and complexity of billing events, is crucial for today's enterprises.
Adam Howatson - CEO, LogiSense

To meet the growing demand, Cisco required new pricing models for its Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) traffic, accelerating the delivery of a consumption-based "pay for what you use" model within its existing global subscription-based offerings. The ideal solution is to provide real-time visibility of charges and clarify usage for end users.

Cisco rapidly adopted LogiSense Billing's cloud infrastructure, completing integration, training, and consulting in a record time of fewer than 90 days.

Knowing how well our teams have leveraged LogiSense’s services in other lines of business, it was an easy decision to quickly implement their billing system during this period of urgent demand.
Steven Fraser - Leader of IT Financial Services, Cisco

LogiSense's dedication to customer success and cutting-edge technology will fuel mutual growth for both organizations. The user-friendly and adaptable LogiSense Billing platform will supply Cisco with robust monetization capabilities, facilitating the deployment of services to a broad range of locations worldwide.
