Five9 Makes a Strategic Move to Select LogiSense to Consolidate and Streamline its Billing Processes

The leading provider of usage-based billing solutions LogiSense has announced that industry leading cloud contact center provide Five9 has selected them as their primary billing and invoicing solutions partner. Prior to this partnership, Five9's rating, mediation, and taxation were managed by LogiSense, however the billing and invoicing processes were managed by Zuora.

Our top priority was to consolidate all our billing activities onto a single platform THAT would fulfill all of our needs. By transitioning all our billing to LogiSense, we are taking a significant stride toward streamlining billing processes and enhancing the customer experience. LogiSense will enable Five9 to execute all billing activities on a unified platform increasing our billing efficiency, and making it even easier for customers to do business with us.
