PBX-Change to Deploy EngageIP Hosted Rating and Billing from LogiSense to Retail/Wholesale VoIP Subscribers

LogiSense, a leading provider of IP billing & OSS solutions, today announced that PBX-Change will deploy EngageIP to both its retail and wholesale customers.

Based in Tampa, FL, PBX-Change is a full-service IP voice and data provider that will employ EngageIP software for billing with its IP voice, DSL, T1, Web Hosting and Metro-Ethernet offerings.
